We provide a wide range of clearance services, including:
Ad-hoc decluttering, single-room clearances, partial property clearances, full house clearances, estate clearances, loft, garage, shed, and outbuilding clearances, single-item removals (depending on availability)
We tailor every job to the customer’s needs — from small, quick declutters to full property clearances.
How do you price clearance work?
Pricing depends on: Property size, Volume of items, labour required disposal and recycling costs and travel distance
We provide clear, upfront quotes with no hidden fees
Do you recycle or donate items?
Yes — we aim to recycle, repurpose, or donate as much as possible. Usable items may be repurposed donated to charity, or recycled responsibly. We also operate under the required Waste Carrier Licence for legal waste transportation and disposal when required.
Do I need to be present?
No as long as we have safe access to the property. We can update you throughout the job if needed
Can you clear hazardous materials?
We cannot remove hazardous waste (chemicals, asbestos, medical waste, etc.). However, we can advise you on appropriate disposal services.
